Learn Sing & Grow is a music & movement studio community for children and their grownups. We are looking for exceptional people to teach Kindermusik classes in our studios throughout Columbus, OH. In this role you will work in a dedicated team of educators to deliver music & movement experiences to children aged 0-5yrs.
The ideal candidates are compassionate, vibrant teachers who are enthusiastic about sharing the transformational benefits of music in early development.
In this role you will serve as a 'Classroom Cultivator', becoming the heart & soul of the classroom as you provide an amazing educational experience while delivering delight to those you reach.

Full Kindermusik Accreditation
Learn Sing & Grow will help you become Fully Kindermusik Accredited. Strengthen your child development knowledge and become certified to infuse music-based learning into our Kindermusik classes at Learn Sing & Grow studio.

Nope! We work with you to provide paid training while you become Fully Kindermusik Accredited.

Learn Sing & Grow is happy to work alongside Kindermusik International to make sure all of our educators are officially Accredited Kindermusik Educators.
Your training will consist of three areas:
Online training provided directly from Kindermusik International
In person class observations
1:1 Check-ins with the business owner

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants and/or needs part-time work in a positive environment, with fair pay and opportunities for professional development and room for growth.
Training consists of approximately 4-6hrs a week, in class observations & routine check-ins.
Once Accredited, our starting instructors can expect 5-7 classes per week plus routine staff meetings/get togethers.
