Kindermusik with Emily wants to be able to provide the best musical education experience possible to every family. We strive to create a fun, intentional, creative and safe environment for all families. We are committed to bringing a quality experience to our clients!
Before your first class, be sure to check out our classroom etiquette guide.
Enrolling in the program must be done online. Families can enroll at any point during the session.
Families must use our enrollment system for registration for any class, camp, playdate or preview class enrollment.
Families are welcome to enroll at any point of the month/session. Each month we introduce a new course unit. Since families can enroll at any point, each course unit is flexible enough that families can jump in at any time. Although we have very flexible enrollment, we also encourage consistent attendance, as better retention occurs through consistency.
Siblings can enroll at a discounted price. Siblings do not need to be enrolled in the same course. If you are interested in enrolling more than one student, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Make Up Classes
You can make up as many classes as you miss, but they must be made up within the same session you are enrolled in. Makeups do not carry over to future sessions. To attend a makeup class, please speak with Emily directly in class, by phone, or reach out via email. A make up class time will be arranged.
There is a built in week for make up classes on the schedule to assist with scheduling make up classes. All families can attend this week, even if they have attended all of the other weeks.
There are no credits or refunds given for any unattended classes or for an unfinished semester. You are financially responsible for the entire class tuition amount and any home materials that you requested or ordered. A family must notify the studio by the end of the month if they do not wish to continue for the rest of the session.
A minimum number must be met in order for any class or playdate to occur. This minimum needs to be met 24 hours or earlier so that we can determine if a particular date will hold. Due to rental fees, teacher fees and quality assurance, we reserve the right to cancel any classes that do not meet this requirement. Please get your registration in at least 24 hours prior to class day if not earlier so we can ensure your preferred class holds.
All payments are processed online. If you prefer to pay via cash or check please reach out to email@example.com for assistance.
Cost for the session is prorated based on enrollment date. Payment is due at registration.
During the school year, the total cost of the nine month semester is broken into more convenient monthly payments.
Class Routines & Rituals
Each class is comprised of routines and rituals that benefit the development of your child. These need to be learned though! Expect at least 4 classes to learn the environment and routine of the class. Kindermusik educators will also share how the benefits of activities as well as how to continue at home.

Please note that your monthly payments will not be prorated for unenrolling in the middle of a month. Your enrollment will continue through your next billing cycle.
We encourage all of our families to view our classroom etiquette guide prior to their first class.
