Tuition & Payments

Tuition is charged automatically to the card on file on the 1st of each month, and all payments are made securely online.
Your monthly amount stays the same no matter how many classes fall in a given month — it’s evenly split so it’s predictable and budget-friendly.
Payments not received by the 8th incur a $10 late fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Continuous Enrollment

Once your child is enrolled, their spot is saved year-round — enrollment continues automatically from August through July, so you never have to re-register.
You’re always free to pause or step away whenever you need.
To stop or change enrollment, just let us know by the 20th of the month before the change, which prevents the next month’s tuition from being charged. (Example: to stop classes for November, we’ll need your notice by October 20.)
Submit changes in writing or through the Change in Enrollment form — we’ll always confirm we received it. Whenever you’re ready to return, just reach out.

Absences & Makeup Classes

Life happens — so makeups are unlimited while you’re enrolled.
To get a makeup, mark your child’s absence in advance through the Parent Portal. This frees your spot for another family and gives you a makeup token.
Tokens can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance, into any level-appropriate class with space — including Playdate classes.
Your tokens are good for as long as you’re enrolled, and are forfeited once enrollment ends. Families attending a single-day Playdate class don’t receive tokens.

Refunds

Our enrollment fee and monthly tuition are non-refundable, and we’re not able to offer credits or transfers between programs or months.
Missed classes are covered by our unlimited makeup tokens rather than refunds.
Our Happiness Guarantee (below) is our way of making sure you can enroll without worry.

Health & Wellness

To keep our little community healthy, please keep your child home if, within the last 24 hours, they’ve had a fever, vomiting or loose stools, or a contagious cough — or if their runny nose isn’t clear. (Teething can cause runny noses too, so use your best judgment.)
Illness absences receive a makeup token, so you never lose your class.
Our educators sanitize instruments after every use, each room has a full sanitation station, and all educators are background-checked. Masks are optional for adults and children.

Weather Closures

We make weather decisions independently — a morning closure doesn’t always mean evening classes are affected.
We’ll announce closures on Facebook and Instagram and notify affected families directly.
Weather-canceled classes aren’t rescheduled individually — instead you’ll receive a makeup token to use whenever it’s convenient.

In the Classroom

What to wear: Comfy clothes for child and grown-up — you’ll be moving around the room. Our studio is shoe-free, so please bring socks. Tuck personal items into cubbies and leave valuables at home.
Snacks & allergies: To protect children with food allergies, please finish snacks before entering the classroom. Water, formula, and nursing are always welcome.
Non-enrolled siblings: In Foundations, Level 1, and Level 2, we keep the focus on one-on-one parent-child connection, so we ask that non-enrolled siblings make other arrangements. Infants who stay quietly in a carrier are always welcome, and on school holidays older siblings may join if they can participate or observe quietly.
Phones: Please set phones to silent so little ears stay focused, and step out for any call you need to take.
Class sizes: We keep classes small — up to 10 families in Foundations through Level 2, and up to 8 children in Levels 3 and 4 and the Musicians classes — so every child gets caring, personal attention.

A Few More Things to Know

Registration: Continuing families get first priority for new sessions. Spots are first-come, first-served and fill quickly given our small sizes. A class needs a minimum of 4 children to run; if a class doesn’t meet that, we’ll help you find another time.
Teacher requests: We’ll always try, but we can’t guarantee specific teachers, as schedules change.
Extended absence: If a child misses three consecutive weeks without any word from the family, we may release their spot. A quick message is all it takes to hold your place.
Photo & media: By enrolling, you give permission for photos taken in class to be used in our materials — but this is optional, and you can opt out anytime just by telling us.
Communication: By enrolling, you agree to receive class-related emails and texts (schedules, events, weather). We never share your information with third parties. Unsubscribing may mean missing important schedule or weather updates.
Liability: By enrolling, you acknowledge the active nature of our classes and release Learn Sing & Grow and its staff from claims for injuries sustained during participation. We take every precaution to keep our space safe.

We want you to feel completely confident enrolling. If you’re not jumping for joy after your first 4 classes, just let us know — we’ll stop your enrollment and won’t charge your next payment. You’re welcome to keep attending through the end of your paid month, and your welcome bag and goodies are yours to keep.
